Is There A Dr. In The House?

Hey guys. So, it seems like I haven’t had a lot to say lately but actually I’ve just been like too tired or cranky to put anything together. I haven’t been able to get my Dr. Pepper fix lately because my friend Paris has decided to quit caffeine for The New Year.

She says that she needs to be sure that her art is coming from her and not from “some consciousness-altering chemical.” And I’m like, okay, first of all caffeine doesn’t “alter” consciousness. It creates it. Think about it: most people would not be conscious as often as they are if they didn’t have caffeine.

Also, I don’t think she’s thought this through. I mean, nobody who goes to her snooty art shows knows what’s in her fridge or her cabinets, right? So she could be “caffing it up” like crazy and if people like the stuff she does then nobody would have any idea if it was from her or caffeine. But then if some Art Reviewer Guy is all “Paris, you suck,” she could go “Oh, it’s not me, it’s the caffeine.”

Also she doesn’t even drink Dr. Pepper. She drinks blechy coffee. The Dr. Pepper was for me. But she thinks it’ll be harder for her to quit caffeine if I’m drinking it all the time, so she’s not buying it any more. I’m like, um… every little bit of caffeine I drink is less in the world to tempt her, right?

But I guess that kind of thinking is too mathematical for somebody as “artistic” as Paris.

I have learned a number of important things by means of your post. I would also like to mention that there can be situation that you will make application for a loan and do not need a cosigner such as a Federal Student Aid Loan. In case you are getting a loan through a conventional financier then you need to be made ready to have a co-signer ready to assist you. The lenders can base that decision using a few aspects but the main one will be your credit worthiness. There are some loan companies that will in addition look at your work history and make up your mind based on this but in almost all cases it will hinge on your ranking.
