Ah! I talked to a friend, and according to him you can make Jazz out of:
 2 shots Hendricks Gin
1 shot De Kuyper Crème De Cassis
0.25 shots Lime Juice

I have a can of the cherry chocolate dr. pepper right here, it's... sorta odd. Chocolate carbonated drinks aren't to everyone's taste.

I don't know where you might find jazz flavoring, but if you want to substitute with rock and roll, you can find some quartz and put it in one of those tumbler things to smooth it out some, and then roll it into the glass. For added extra awesome you can put the quartz in the freezer first so it can pretend to be an ice cube.

Oh! And make sure you wash off the quartz before putting it in your pepsi. This is a very easy mistake to make!

If you don't like the flavor of quartz I find that jasper and agate work pretty well too.
